Industrial Chimes from Crane

Cranes have been a common sight in the skyline of the third ward as redevelopment precedes reuse. As art and industrial design blend here I could see no better use for the crane as a giant cantilever. The heavy steel piece is precisely balanced. Copper paddles catch a gentle breeze and it moves freely. The bells ring and the copper fins softly rumble.
